This policy covers the Frutiva Ordering Portal, operated by Frutiva LLC. The Portal is a business-to-business system used by employees of Frutiva's wholesale customers. It is not a consumer service and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
To operate the account: to take and confirm orders, apply the correct agreed pricing, arrange fulfilment, raise invoices and take payment, respond to service requests, and keep records required for accounting and tax.
Frutiva does not sell personal information.
Information is stored in the United States. Access is restricted to Frutiva staff who need it for their role, and each business account can see only its own accounts, orders and pricing — enforced by the system, not by convention.
Order and invoice records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax and audit purposes. User access records are kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records no longer needed are removed or anonymized.
An authorized user may ask Frutiva to correct their contact details or to remove their access. A business account may ask what information is held about it and request correction. Requests that would conflict with a legal or accounting obligation to retain records may be declined, and Frutiva will say so.
To make a request, contact marketing@frutiva.com.
Access requires a verified sign-in. Data is encrypted in transit. Access to information is restricted per account and per role, and administrative actions are recorded. No system is perfectly secure, but the Portal is built so that one customer cannot reach another customer's information.
